This Project Management Plan represents all the prior planning I have done to appropriately respond to project events. This plan is what I created and utilized as a ready source of guidance to reduce potential impacts and delays to the project.
In this document I'm demonstrating my ability to determine the appropriate project approach and explaining the basis behind why I selected the approach. Deciding the appropriate approach can make all the difference in how efficient the project will function, the overall project schedule, and—more than likely—the required project budget.
The Requirements Management Plan's ultimate goal is to lay the foundation for baselining all project requirements and then controlling any changes to the requirements baseline through the integrated change control process. This process ensures that the project budget and schedule remain under control at all times and that they are effectively managed to the requirements baseline.
The project charter provides my vision of the project as I understand it, and it details many of the specific project aspects that demonstrate my grasp of the project objectives from interviews and discussions with the client stakeholders.
I created this statement in hopes that it captures more depth to my character rather than just another face behind a screen.This statement shows my beliefs, values, purpose and how I lead others.
A project status update will happen from time to time and it's crucial to showcase your knowledge of where the project stands without getting into great detail as most stakeholders don't have the time. Short, conscise, and succinctly conveyed information is also a necessary skill as a Project Manager. That is what I'm presenting to you in this slideck.
